Conquer South-Central Africa’s highest mountain
Mulanje Mountain is located about 100kms south – east of Blantyre. This Massif is South Central Africa’s highest Mountain. Mulanje is a huge block of mountains rising to 3000m above a largely flat plain.
The highest peak being Sapitwa 3003m, often sits above the mist that frequently surrounds the upper slopes giving the mountain one of its local names, ‘Island in the Sky’.
Mount Mulanje is among the most majestic sights to behold in Malawi. Stunning scenery, numerous peaks and deep-forested ravines makes this a true trekking adventure.
