We believe corporate challenges provide an effective and interesting opportunity to bring together and strengthen relationships amongst employers, employees and clients.
An inspiring challenge will cement relations, increase the commitment and motivation of employees and longer term will improve business performance and team work.
A corporate challenge can be given an added dimension by linking it to a ‘Charity of the Year’ partnership, supporting a good cause or a local project. It will focus the group whilst at the same time benefitting the local community. This provides an excellent PR opportunity and demonstrates how companies can support and fulfill their social responsibilities through helping the local community.
Previous Ultimate corporate challenges have involved Accenture, Detica Consulting, David Lloyd Gyms and MK Don footballers sending teams to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro, Peru Inca Trail and Everest Base Camp and Deutsche Bank to summit the highest mountains in Morocco and Malawi, to name a few!
However, in September 2018, Deloitte surpassed all expectations on their third bi-annual Ultimate Challenge by sending off 250 employees in one day, to four different continents to conquer Stok Kangri, Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Toubkal and The Great Glen Way. So far, they have raised a phenomenal £1.5 million for their partner charities.
We are an enthusiastic and dedicated team here at Ultimate Challenges, with a wealth of knowledge that will enable us to develop the right ‘challenge’ for your team. We are committed to providing inspired, life changing experiences and, with a large portfolio of challenges on offer, right across the globe, we are confident we can come up with the perfect opportunity to test the skills and team work for your company.
“One of the most rewarding experiences I have been involved with….. ever… From the high physical challenge of the trek and the feeling of achievement when completing something that I would never do normally. To the huge pride I feel when I know that in order to do this I, along with 15 others have raised over £52000 for a great charity, SSAFA, that BT Openreach are partners with. I encourage anyone to take up the trek next year and feel the emotional highs that I have been benefiting from.”
