No data will be processed for any other any reason than what it was collected for to assist the smooth booking process of holidays and future holidays. The Ultimate Travel Company is a privately-owned business and all data collected is owned and controlled by the business. Contracts are in place with these third-party companies meaning there is no unlawful use of the data. Companies we currently work with may include delivery companies such as Royal Mail and travel companies – in these cases, we would only pass on data necessary for task fulfilment.

We look at the following, but not exclusive to the channel the website was entered by, if an enquiry was made, session duration and pages visited. Telephone information including phone numbers, call duration and call recordings that we use for training and quality control.

All the data collected and stored is done so for legitimate reasons including fulfilling our booking process, auditing and record keeping.
